Good app but needs adjusting
I find this app quite easy to use although there are a few bugs. I’m finding notifications are taking ages to come through for shifts and by the time I click on the shift it’s taken already. It happens no matter what network I’m connected to. Other than that I have no other complaints.

Enjoy going to some facilities I pick due to my circumstances but enjoy been with nurses that are 100% caring and kind towards their residents and thats what makes it a good shift

Notifications no longer sound or vibrate when shifts are posted
The app no longer alerts me via sounds and or vibrating when a shift has been posted. Unless I am staring at my phone for 24hrs a day I am missing out on shifts which means I am missing out on earning money. Please fix ASAP.
Couldn’t receive any notifications!
I couldn’t receive any notifications since I updated software to latest version IOS 18.0. This make me couldn’t pick any shift.

New app update- shift filter
Not a fan of the new update. The old shift filter was much better. I wish there was a way for it to come back.
Much better !
This app has improved so much with the latest update. It is no longer crashing every time it’s opened and you can now see facility names displayed on shifts. Much more user friendly ☺️
Upcoming shifts
Would be great if on the app, you could see the name of the facility rather than just the suburb before you accept the shift.
Also, would be good if you were able to filter the search for shifts based on location etc

Great app and great service
It’s a great app. Easy to use and user friendly. Also there is a suggestion that it would be better if there is a filter option to find shift based on shift type, distance and availability.
I’m new to this
I’m finding no shifts close to me - all at least 42 min away, especially in lockdown. Also I can’t see the point in putting up shifts for me that are 2 - 7 hours away! Otherwise, it is easy to navigate the site but as others have said, it would be nice to have the name of the facility instead of just the suburb.

A very good app
A very good app. Just if it allows members to put on days of leave on the app ( leave for a short period of time), it will be wonderful.
Facility name with shifts in “Released shifts” section
It’s a great app, easy to use. But it would be great if there is facility name written with the shifts available in the released shifts section😊

Love the app
Would like the name of the facility on the released page and would love to see a list of facilities worked in the previous fortnight as a lot of facilities request this and it’s difficult to remember every where you’ve been. Thankyou.
