Using with iPhone 13 series is not tested, but I use iPhone 12 pro max and the app work aproprietaly. As explaining in the App store, the App can stop charge 'approximatly' 80%, not just. Its the regulation in iOS. If you tell me the detail, I may give some advice for you. Did you use the app with smart plug which work with Apple Home kit?
