App not good
My issue is everytime I clock in hour before my clock out time keep asking are you with the patient serval time when not even the time for me to leave . Then it rest the whole visit like I never show up ? I’m not allowed to clock out now . It show clock in but I been at work for hours don’t wanna put the wrong clock in time 🤦🏽♀️ this all just no good at all

Developers PAY ATTENTION
First of all, this app is not usable by caregivers with a phone screen less than 5.5 inches. I have personally proven this because the “done” button to complete your shift and punch out is not visible on an iPhone 8, but the app works fine on an 8 plus or a 12 pro max- even on a 12. And ever possible setting on that 8 was tweaked and there was no way to click on the done button to finish your shift. What’s more, what kind of developer has absolutely NO CONTACT INFORMATION ANYWHERE??? I actually had to get a new phone just to do my job. This app has 3.0 stars. THREE. You won’t read this because you obviously don’t check in to know that your coding is jacked and not compatible with smaller screens. 3.0 stars and caregivers everywhere cannot effectively work because you don’t care enough about your product to even provide an email address to contact you. Aside from this, your website that brags about your subpar apps is sad. No contact information. There is no tutorial or troubleshooting information anywhere to be found. Your website is MORE poorly designed than your apps. And that is QUITE a statement. If you can’t keep up with iOS updates and you can’t develop an app that’s fits perfectly on ANY phone screen let alone ALL phone screens- maybe it’s time to put up some contact information so you know there are issues or throw in the towel and stop trying to do what you do so poorly.

i don’t see the point i can barely clock in on the app. i can’t even pick up shifts . and if i do pick up shift via app it doesn’t count just in ya schedule to look busy when you not.
