Can’t even explore the app!!

The reason I gave this a three star review is because I really like posting stuff and I really like seeing other people post but here’s the problem… I got this app yesterday and I was so excited I wasn’t gonna post at that moment I just wanted to see other people post and I can’t even see other people without any friends and then I gotta go wait for friends and I don’t even have any family members that post. I’m the only one that’s on social media. and here’s the annoying part. I don’t even know who to search for. It’s so annoying I just wanna see people post and I don’t know I thought it would be fun to see other people post and I post later or tomorrow a.k.a. today no I can’t even see other people post cause nobody is accepting my friend request maker of the app. If you’re reading this, can you please just let other
people see other people post. without needing
A friend request.

The company that made this app plz read !!!!!

So if you are thinking about getting the app don’t it’s a SCAM !!!! It says that is free intel you read the final print it says that you have free trial and it’s only 7 day free trial it asks for a lot of information about you . I personally don’t like that kind of stuff but I though why not I only had the app for 5 mins tell I found this out if you are ok 👌 to give that kind of information and pay for the app monthly then fine do you but don’t I know the rating is for 4 and up but does it make sense that a 4 year old app and up should give that kind of information and have to pay 💰 I don’t think so but over all that I think it kind of a ok app sorry 😐

We've worked very hard to create a friendly, safe place for you to create and share your memories. Yes, you do get a free 7 day trial. No strings attached. After those 7 days, we give you the option to subscribe for $0.99 per month to continue creating memories. We ask that you subscribe because this is our only source of revenue. This is how we make money to pay for things. The information you enter is never gathered and sold for profit. We don't believe your memories should be for sale. Your memories are only seen by you and those who you have chosen as friends in the app. We do ask for some basic information about you when you register....name, username, email and password. That's about it. Your email is only needed when you forget your password. We don't send marketing emails, nor do we share you email (or any other information) with anyone else. Also, with the subscriptions....all subscription transactions go thru Apple. We will never ask for your credit card. Subscribing with Carlabby is as safe and secure as purchasing a movie or album thru iTunes. Apple handles all of your credit card processing and basically just tells us that whether you have paid your monthly subscription or not. We don't store any of your credit card information used for the subscription. You can find more detailed information about how we protect your data in our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions on our website. I hope this has eased your concerns and that you can see that we are not a scam, but we're privacy friendly company just trying to create a safe place for you to create and share your memories. I have had this app for just a couple of days and I hate it! When I tap on the notification button in Carlabby it keeps kicking me out over and over again! Please, if you fix this app maybe I will start going on it again?!

I like but hate it

I like and dislike carlabby Because you can’t interact with people you have to make up people and you can make a comment and like your own comment but no one else can but I like carlabby because it gives you something to do so if I were you I would get it but be aware that there is not a lot to do on it but it’s still a really cool app but also a very boring app it also said invalid contact list which I hated it also kept asking me to pay money to their website and I don’t think they even have a website

Kinda like it but... just no

Ok so it’s a decent app but on the add it looked like I was getting something that was like social media and it turned out it wasn’t so that’s kinda just a “me” problem because I was hoping that it was like social media but ya. But also I wish that it isn’t just for email addresses because almost all of my friends have a phone number so it usually doesn’t matter whether or not they give me their email address so ya I just wish that it was actually social media and that it wasn’t just for email addresses

I hate this app. It always says “ invalid contact list.” I would not recommend this at all.

We appreciate your feedback, and we have looked into your issue. The 'Invalid Contacts List' message is displayed when you are trying to find friends on Carlabby and you either do not have any contacts in your Apple Contacts app, or none of your contacts have email addresses. Carlabby uses the contacts found in your Apple Contacts app to see if any of them are existing Carlabby users. We're always looking for ways to make improvements to Carlabby, and we now know that in our next version we need to better explain the scenario that you have. So, again, thank you for your feedback and we do hope you give Carlabby another try!

They didn’t even give me the verification code and that really annoyed me so I couldn’t even get in

We sincerely apologize that you did not receive your verification code. A few users have had their verification code go into their spam folder. So if you could, please check there. If it's not found, could you please send the email address you used to support@carlabby.com and we will make sure that your verification code is sent.
