Very poor app for instructors.
I found the app’s design disappointing and not as expected. When adding my own pupils, the app suggests other instructors in the area to my pupil, even though the pupil is already taking lessons with me. I have contacted Joe multiple times to request the deletion of my account but have been ignored. As a result, I may need to submit a Freedom of Information request and escalate the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Instructors you have been WARNED!

Not user friendly
Instructors can’t add or book students. We need to give code to students and they book us on this app. Such a funny app. Indirectly instructors are cutting their hands and your regular students shop around to compare you in the market through this app. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
