I’m so grateful for this service and to the Ellis Dr IGA in Dunn NC. These folks have been super efficient and go above and beyond to make sure your order is just what you want. I use to use Walmart and hated it, and I will never go back. Your service is appreciated.
Clip coupons on app doesn’t work
All information is validated and still cannot clip coupons! Try to delete app and reinstall still clip coupons will not work. Ongoing issue for weeks, now. FIX IT PLEASE

Just to name a few, Ms. Christie Ms. Linda Kendall Maurice in the hot food department and others whoms names I can't remember. I do both in-store and online orders from them.

App doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work nor does it allow you to reset password. When you call a local store they can’t fix issue wit the app. The corporate store does pick up the phone and so there you you have it … app is a waste of time to try to set up and there are hot deals to be had because it can’t be fixed. There is no email to contact anyone who will help assist you. Show up thinking you’ll get a deal at the store only to find that the price is different. They expect you to either pay or leave the item in question… I think that bad foe business.

Does the app function?
I have had this app on my phone for at least a year. I can never clip the Free Friday item. I finally stopped thinking it was me. I am tech savvy, yet I can’t clip the coupon for Free Friday items. The app has the potential to be of good use.
Unhappy with payment issues
I have been unable to add a card as a payment option. I’ve tried two different ones, set up three different accounts and still cannot get it to work. I have asked for help in the store and no one there knows how to help
Error Code Received for Debit Card
Love shopping locally online but unable to pay online. Keep getting “error code” message when attempting to apply card for payment. Have called operations office several time. Left messages. No return call to date.
Things I’d change
It’s nice that independent businesses have their own apps, but the speed for clipping coupons is slow. It takes 5-6 seconds to ‘clip’ a coupon; additionally, there is no way to filter the coupons to see only the unclipped ones like you can online.
I also wish the app had a feedback feature so I wouldn’t have to post it here.

Won’t accept online payments. Errors
I tried several credit cards and does not accept them. Now I have to go into the store to pay. Defeats the purpose of online ordering. Won’t use again. Costing them business and money.
In store is awesome!! 2 Go service needs lot of work!!!!
IGA is a great grocery store!! They have great meats and products and usually with awesome staff helping along the way!! However, the 2 Go service needs to be paused and many kinks need to be worked out!! There’s no way to communicate and too many issues occurred while placing and picking up my order!!’ I am very disappointed with this service!!
