What’s a point to have an app if I barely can change even bookings for my children through it. Ridiculous
Booking a makeup lesson
Hello, please consider how Saturday and Sunday are displayed as an option for booking a makeup lesson. I had to call my local centre for them to explain to me that I had to kick on the class type (eg Kickers) which then produced a hidden “Kickers Weekend” option, when the other days were able to be scrolled across at the top. Almost like it’s obscurely hidden, as it’s not logical to click on the lesson type because it feels as though youre trying to book a different level/lesson.
Save the poor people at the centres some heartache and fix that pronto!

Cannot change bookings in the app
Since the update. Cannot book with vouchers or change bookings just keeps spinning. It has happens to my friends as well.
Very slow to upgrade for new iOS
I have informed AA team their app does not work for iOS18. Sarcastically, their IT team says there’s no issue. Great, let’s see how long it takes till they fix their app that does not load when using iOS 18
