Scam- charged me 2year without permission and refused refund
I was charged 39.99 instantly when I downloaded the app and went to look to see if my Jaguar was compatible the second I touched that one button. I instantly got the charge on my Apple without it ever asking if I wanted to sign up did I wanna try it seven day trial none of the above. Try immediately reported the problem on Apple and I was denied the refund without an explanation. Called Apple and was told since I was denied there’s nothing they can do that. This company is a scam. It’s terrible that Apple is allowing them for other people to download and get scammed like this. And it came from an ad on TikTok that I will also report to. I called my bank to reverse the charge and if I do, then I can never use my bank card On Apple Pay ever again.

Doesn’t Link!!! 🤬
The app claims to link with most smart cars I have a 70 reg Audi A5 and tried to connect but states login details are incorrect how can they be when I’m logged into the myAudi app that it claims to use!!!!

Looked up my car. Said it was compatible but makes you pay before you can use it. After I paid, neither of my cars were compatible after all. Requested a refund. We shall see.

I just signed up for this app and I have a Kia 2020 and it didn’t show that I have compatibilities for the app so I just paid the Monique subscription for nothing. If they would’ve given me the connection possibility before I wouldn’t have bought… Shame on them.
Don’t work
Unfortunately there is no “Trial Version” so you can’t try before you buy. Not trusting it to work.

Do Not Purchase
I purchased this app after checking to make sure that my vehicle was compatible. After purchasing I tried to register my vehicle and received a message saying that my vehicle was not compatible despite the fact that it was listed on their compatibility chart. I requested a refund and was denied so I appealed the decision and was denied. They said my purchase doesn’t meet conditions for a refund. Save your money.
