The app is under developed
The app ability to recognize loyalty points is incapable at best. In order to apply your points credit to the order you have to un-intuitively click on the credit to get a code to apply at checkout, and even then it does not recognize the code. Additionally I have placed at least two orders two orders that have not been reflected in the loyalty points. The App crashes if scroll back a couple of times or make it a bit complicated of an order. I don’t think that this app GUI was designed with iPhone in mind. The back button and the menu button are too close to each other. Also there is no place to view past orders. Overall this app requires some serious redesign.

App needs programming
Tried to load twice after staff member suggested the app so I could get benefits.
Does not verify email so....I cannot register.

Totally useless
Impossible to register as it won’t send a verification. Also need to add your location and although I’m in the UK, I get UAE and Qatar as the only options - only got 1 star as I couldn’t do fewer
Doesn’t work
The App won’t send a verification code to my phone. I’ve tried using different numbers. I’ve tried reloading the app. I’ve tried contacting Carluccio׳s support but heard nothing back, that was weeks ago. Resent the message a number of times. It’s a shame because I love Carluccio׳s.
