CarMan

Do you know what your car costs you every month? CarMan gives you the answer — and a whole lot more. CarMan is the vehicle logbook you always wished existed: simple, yet powerful enough for a whole fleet. Fuel, costs, trips, notes, and photos — in one place, in sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. KNOW YOUR REAL COSTS Log every fill-up, insurance bill, repair, and parking ticket. See where your money goes — by category, by month, by kilometre. FUEL LOG THAT DOES THE MATH Record a fill-up in seconds — from the receipt total or the pump price. CarMan calculates your average consumption — l/100 km, kWh/100 km, or mpg — and tracks how it changes, so you spot a problem before it gets expensive. A sparkline shows whether you paid above or below the recent price trend. NEVER RUN ON EMPTY After a few fill-ups CarMan learns your rhythm, predicts when the next one is due, and tells you when it is overdue. With Premium the same works for inspection, insurance or servicing — by date, by mileage, or both. NEVER LOSE A RECEIPT AGAIN Snap an invoice with the built-in camera or attach a scan — right on the fill-up, cost, trip, or note it belongs to, backed up to iCloud. MILEAGE LOGBOOK FOR TAXES Running a car for business? Start a trip with a tap, end it with a tap. CarMan logs the distance, the departure and arrival time, and who was driving, and classifies each trip as Business, Private, or Commute — exactly what your accountant needs. SEE YOUR TRIP AS IT HAPPENS A running trip lives on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: elapsed time ticking up, distance climbing, one glance and you know where you stand. CarMan records the route in the background, even with the screen off. EVERY ROUTE, ON A MAP When the trip ends, the route is drawn on a map with start and end marked — and CarMan offers the closing odometer reading from the distance you actually drove. It is saved as a standard GPX file any app can open. STATISTICS THAT REVEAL THE FULL PICTURE (Premium) Fuel and other costs, consumption, distance, and cost per kilometre at a glance — plus monthly and yearly charts, a category breakdown, and a consumption graph. PDF EXPORT & TRIP LOGBOOK (Premium) Export a vehicle history as a clean PDF — or a trip logbook with times, drivers, odometer readings, and business details, ready to sign, or as CSV. Every change is kept with its reason; lock closed months and a checksum proves nothing changed. FIND ANYTHING IN SECONDS Global search finds fuel entries, costs, trips, and notes across all your vehicles instantly. On iPad, your vehicles stay in a sidebar. MANAGE ALL YOUR VEHICLES Car, motorcycle, truck, motorhome, trailer? CarMan handles as many as you own. Vehicles you no longer drive can be archived, history intact. KEEP ONE LOGBOOK TOGETHER (Premium) Share any vehicle with other iCloud users in seconds — and share the work, not just the view. Whoever fills up logs it from their own iPhone, and it appears on yours. Costs, trips, notes, and photos sync both ways. Remove access any time. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account sign-up. No ads. No tracking. Everything lives in your private iCloud. SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish.
