Worthless since update.
The most recent update crashes my iPod. Can’t use it at all with the AppRadio.
Doesn’t sync play location with phone
The touch interface doesn’t interpret touches very well, so whenever I tried to scroll up and down it kept thinking I want to click. Then there’s the biggest complain I have, which is the play location doesn’t sync with the phone, so if I am listening to a Podcast and got out of the car half way, the Podcast app does’t know the last played position. I can understand why this behavior exist, but what’s weird is that whenever I launch CarMediaPlayer again and want to continue my Podcast, it started all the way from the beginning.

Doesn't even work anymore
Had this for a year on my iPhone 5, worked absolutely fine, with a crash here and there, nothing abnormal. As soon as I got an iPhone 6, I noticed the display changed ever so slightly. It was a good looking change, but for some reason it took 5 seconds to skip forward a song, and couldn't even go back a song. That went on for about a day, now it won't even work. I reset my phone, tried both AppRadio and CarMedia Player, it just won't work. Bluetooth doesn't even properly connect. Hope this all gets fixed.

One suggestion
Great app. Works perfect with AppRadio3. Please add a clock to the screen. When on this app, there is no clock displayed at all.
Gods clean interface
Would like it better if it could start up and play iTunes Radio stations.
Good app for appradio
Like the app, everything works fine. The only thing I don't like is it plays icloud songs from iPod even if you don't have the song but I thinks it's a ios setting but overall have no problems with the app.
Doesn't play well with others
Why is it so tough to get the app to talk to the head unit? Waze integrates perfectly but the pioneer apps always require you to acknowledge the connection. Pain in the rear! And please, please, put the clock on the screen. How tough is that?

Still no clock on the display. How hard is it to add a clock, how much cell service you have and how much battery life on your phone? Please listen to these reviews.

A load of garbage. I can't get a video to play consistently even if I'm parked in my driveway. It can't be this complicated to play video from my iPad and iphone when I paid $150 for the necessary cables to do so through my pioneer deck. If this a software issue it needs to fixed ASAP. Otherwise, I've completely wasted my money.

CRASH!
I just updated IOS 7.1 on my iphone 5s and now the appradio and carmedia player do not operate. I've gotten bugs to this point but this is ridiculous. I have to restart my phone, go through the entire connection process, maybe the app took. As soon as I back out to operate any other functions, I am prompted to reconfirm connection and likely the appradio doesn't activate, blank screen. When it does activate, the carmedia ceases to function. I am left handling my phone manually and watching my activities on the screen with no more touch capability. UPDATE THE OS ON YOUR DECKS PIONEER!. I spent almost a grand for your nav deck to end up with this. THANKS!

Great app, needs improvements
The UI and concept is nice but the one problem that I have with this app and AppRadio is that navigation between functions of the radio do not seem very circular or smooth. I have high hopes for this product and I can't wait to see what it becomes.
Music videos
Nice looking app, easy to navigate, was initially very excited about the app until i realized that Music videos won't work in a playlist format. They filter to the video section and I have to select one after the other. As you can imagine this is extremely annoying as they are only 4 minutes long. Wish I never upgraded to the iPhone 5. The 4s was great. Spent over $100 in cables to adapt AVIC-z140bh to work with the lightning connection so I could watch the 200 music videos I've purchased from iTunes over the years. I won't buy anymore till someone figures this out.

Pretty good 👍 but.........
It's a great app I really like the interface. The only downside is that you cannot use the steering wheel controls to change tracks or in my case (avh-bhs5500) the buttons on the head unit don't work either. Another flaw that I found is that there is no clock! I really wish they would put one on there. But other than that I really like it 👍

Garbage
I was not able to make this product work with my iphone 5 and appradio 2. I updated the radio, wasted lots of money on wiring, and yet I still don't have a working player. I spent 2 hours on the phone with pioneer and they could not help me. They blame apple. Absolutely garbage. I will never purchase another pioneer product ever again. If you have your receipt return the radio and delete the app.

It didn't have to be restarted after a call, it supported iTunes Radio and podcasts, AND IT DISPLAYS A CLOCK....I mean really, no clock?
