Needs Work
The mobile check deposit feature is dreadful. It takes countless attempts and a ton of patience to get it to work properly. There are also far less features on this app than other banking apps I’ve used.

Great bank. Great people for the most part? outside of one who was given a top position by birthrite.
Personally, I bank with CB because of the people that have to work hard for their paychecks and provide excellent customer service and take care of my banking needs!

Mobile Deposit issue
The only thing I have an issue with is I cannot deposit checks on the app with the mobile app. For some reason it won’t let me do it on my IPhone XS. Really wish someone would look into this and fix this issue as I don’t always have a way to get to the bank to deposit them all the time.

Fantastic app.
It’s so EASY to use. Simple things are quick and apparent. But, it’s amazing just how much information and how many options can be navigated, also. I couldn’t imagine being without it.

Sign In/Out
Even though touch ID is turned on in the app, i still have to agree to the terms, type in my passcode/username/password to get into the app EACH AND EVERY TIME.. so annoying... then it took me about 8 min to find the Sign Out button .. please make this more user friendly!!!
