It’s a good app for canes fans
I love just listening to the radio of the game when at home driving somewhere or anytime of the day I will I always just put in some headphones and just listen to a game and all the controls are super easy to work. Great app.

Terrible interface loading
Every time I make a transaction with my season tickets, the app freezes. Have to restart and reload 5 times per ticket transfer due to freezing. Awful experience.
Tickets won’t load
Piece of junk. Was forced to download this app when the tickets wouldn’t populate on the Ticketmaster app/ website. As we were walking into the venue, the tickets would not load on cell signal nor the venue’s WiFi. Hundreds (thousands?) of people were having the same issue, and we had to wait in a very long box office line to get it straightened out. Missed most of the first period, and was offered zero form of compensation even when I asked. Heard from others that it’s been happening for at least the last seven games. What a joke. That will be my last Hurricanes game and I’ll be sure to spread the word.

Mediocre app
This app constantly has problems when trying to access my season tickets. I have to be sure I’m not on Wi-Fi and even then I have to uninstall and reinstall the app several times to get it to work correctly and update the list of pending games. Even when it shows the pending tickets it has problems adding them to my Apple Wallet. The other features are great but the ticket access is terrible.
