Handiest App
Love being able to see my account info with a few taps and know right where I stand. have never had trouble with it. Branch staff are just the loveliest people, but I can’t make it there often.
AWFUL!!
I have been banking here for about ten years and sometimes I feel like they are going back in time with their online platforms. This latest update is terrible and I don’t understand why. It looks like some type of old Excel spreadsheet. It doesn’t fit a phone screen at all, you can barely read it, and you have no idea what you’re looking at when you do. Honestly, it’s enough to make me want to change banks. I’ve not been too concerned over the years because I always thought they would catch up eventually, but if this is the direction they are going in it might be a dealbreaker. Everything is online now, especially using apps, and this just doesn’t compare even slightly to other business apps. Please, PLEASE go back to the old platform at the very least!! So disappointed!! I would stay for the customer service (ALWAYS top notch), but leave for the headache of using this app. I use the app WAY more than in-person.

New updated app is great!!
FINALLY!! This is the app I’ve been waiting for from my credit union!! Easily accessible, all the information I need without having to dig. Can make payments online now without having to go to the branch.

Can we please get this fixed!!! I liked the app when it first can out but now I can’t even use it and I’m having to call the number!!! I like being able to SEE my account!!!’
Doesn’t open with latest IPhone update
When I go to log in it exits out and it is frustrating to say the least.
