It wasn’t connecting me, so I deleted the app and re installed it, and lost all of my paw points. App definitely needs work

Bad App

So I downloaded the app but it is not very user friendly. I sent a chat message and after 3 days no one has responded. I’ve gone into the app a few times and it stays a completely white screen. It also doesn’t show how you earn loyalty points, and it only gives you one option for redeeming the points. I think this is a mixture of a poorly designed app, and a business who isn’t running it well.
