Bad, Real Bad
This is one of the worst apps I’ve used, period. I think I’m going to refinance my car just so I don’t have to fight to actually pay the payment every month.
Constant logging in
It use to not be like this but the app literally makes u sign into the app everytime u use it even if you click on the option for it to remmber every thing to where u just needed Face ID and you’d be in your account now I have to go through logging in on top of it always asking to confirm my number
Cant access my account
I can’t access my account because I don’t remember my password after switching to facial recognition and of course it randomly decides to not allow it and I cant contact support because its a friday night…

Terrible App
Understand they are a small bank but the App is terrible in a world where everyone uses their phone for everything. Always having to verify myself when logging in even if I save the device. Very basic

Can no longer see pending transactions on my account with this update- seems like a step back rather than forward

how do i open up and read my messages i can only see sent ones no response

Would be great if they could add the Zelle feature.
Bring it back!
Would’ve gave it 5 stars but the Face ID is missing now. I’ve been trying to login to my account using my Face ID but it seems like this feature is no longer available. Please bring it back I don’t like having to keep typing in my password when I’m in public checking my account.

Gross incompetence
All but two accounts that I use are missing. My list in bill pay is gone. I have officially lost access to my checking account through mobile devices.
Do not use your members as your beta testers for you failed attempts to keep up with the ever growing world of technology. Add this app with a “beta” test icon so everyone knows what they are about to get into. Not having access to my main checking accounts through my main credit unions ap is seriously a failed product that smacks of gross negligence all the way to the CEO office.
I would give this -5 stars if it was possible

Still no mobile deposit
Even though it says there is a mobile deposit feature it is missing in action. While I am happy with the bank itself this is definitely preventing me from completely switching from my other current bank as bank hours generally do not work with my hours.

Mobile deposit
About 2 years ago mobile deposit was available, and all of the sudden it disappeared. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, unfortunately still no mobile deposit. This is a big deal!!!! I’m considering switching banks just for that

I have had this app for almost 2 years still no mobile deposit feature. Uninstalled , reinstalled, it list mobile deposit as a feature where is it??

No mobile deposit available on iPhone 10, or 5th gen ipad. What’s the point of having an app if you can make a mobile deposit on it? I’m so glad I can apply for a loan on it though 🙄

New user interface
I have the iPhone X and it always bothered me that it didn’t fit into the screen now with this new UI it does and uses Face ID!
