Works well love it to be Carplay compatible
Love the app, one thing I would ask, is could it be made car play compatible. Reason being, for those of us who own a car with no AM Radio and Caroline is not on DAB, would just make things easier.
Works well, but….
The app works well for listening to Caroline and would be 5 stars but for a few things. All Caroline stations should be available in one app. Having to use a separate app for Caroline Flashback is a pain. The app could also do with Chromecast support. Lastly a dedicated iPad app would be good. The phone app doesn’t look great when displayed on a tablet.

Great music, DJs, good app shows the current title and band playing. Shows presenters for the next 7 days. And the app pays for the Caroline support group to keep broadcasting!

Now resumes from lost connections!
Current version as of July 2014. Unlike previous versions on my iPhone 4, this one instantly reconnects when 3G or wifi signal resumes. This is now totally stable and a better way to listen than Tunein. How about adding some frills like message the studio, show schedule, playlist etc?

Expensive. You may as well stick with Tunein Radio and use their website for the schedule. No added value in this.

Caroline - still the best
It is really great to be able to listen to Caroline outdoors again with this app. When I go camping next summer I will be taking my i phone to hear Caroline - just like I used to in the 70s and 80s. For about the price of a Sunday newspaper this app is great value. Caroline stands alone in being different than all the countless Heart and Gold stations that ruin todays radio.
Without any doubt I would prefer that the Ross Revenge to be back at sea and Caroline on high power, but this app is the next best thing. Strongly recommened.

Radio Caroline App
I have been a Radio Caroline fan since 1964 and followed "The Lady" through good times and bad.
Sometimes the signal on medium wave would not be so strong, but over the years Caroline has provided me with a love and appreciation of music that lasts and lasts. I began listening on a mains wireless valve set, then on a succession of various transistor radios. Then one day Caroline disappeared from the sea for good and there was a noteable gap in my life...then, the lady returned on the internet! Fantastic! Sky too! Amazing!
And now I listen Radio Caroline on my iphone by using this fabulous app!
100 percent reliable and additional info such as a programme schedule, pictures of presenters and a direct link to the studio via email. Brilliant. If you love good music, you will cherish this app. Get it and get it now!

Great app love radio caroline saves me keep going on the pc all the time the only downside is the website is not iphone friendly has its hard to see the small print

Caroline - solid as a rock
Ive endured some grotty reception of Radio Caroline over the years and even though the 'noughties' have been a decade of better quality and continuity never previously experienced, mobile listening has often been a torture. This app however solves that immediately - its just 'there' whenever you want it, no drop outs. No buffering - just Continuous Caroline. Ive tried it in Amsterdam, Berlin, Zurich and Munich, on trains, on the highway, and even a sneaky listen in a plane sat on the tarmac.
I cant tell what the bit rate is, and there isn't much other add opns with the app (except a gorgeous picture of the Ross in all her 300 feet tall tower glory) but maybe more content will follow. The most important thing is, Caroline is there on tap, solid as a rock. And THAT is real progress. You pay for quality - and thats what you get with this app.
