This is a great app and platform run by an excellent team. We worked with Britt to sell our car this week and she was extremely knowledgeable. The platform enables fast, efficient bids on vehicles from a large number of trusted buyers. Wow what an amazing surprise
I found CarPair through Brittany in the most random way — my Uber driver literally turned his phone around and showed me her number. I texted her at 8pm Wednesday, and by noon Thursday she had a quote $1,000 higher than Carvana — just hours before I was set to sell.
Brittany moved fast, answered every question (often before I asked), and made the process completely seamless. The local dealership partnership was terrific. Way better experience than Carvana or CarMax. Highly recommend.

Great experience
I was contacted by Britt on facebook marketplace while selling my car. Within 2-3 hours Britt found a buyer for my car and I was able to take my car off Facebook marketplace. I wish I knew about her sooner. Would have saved a lot of “is this car still available”. App was super easy to use and her rates are very affordable.

Great experience using this app and the service to sell my car. Walking around taking pictures and answering questions. Took about 15 minutes. Very easy to use and to get a great estimate for your car. Within 1 hour I had a very competitive bid and worked with Carpair to make the offer for me. Using the app beats driving to dealer and after dealer, talking to each of them. Worked like a charm. Next car I sell I will use this again. Great app and great service.

It was easy to use. I just followed the instructions and walked around my truck. It was picked up the next day for 1000 more then I thought I would get and 3k more then a dealer offered me on trade in. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Unprofessional and pushy experience
I was contacted through Facebook by “the founder of this app called Brittany or Britt” promoting this app and was encouraged to use it to sell my car. Even though I appreciated the help at first and post it my car in her app, I ended up selling my car through Facebook Marketplace, not through the app. When I let the person know and thanked her for the help, she started laughing at my message and told me she had a better offer — something she hadn’t shared before. The tone quickly became unprofessional and rude. Overall, I had a negative experience with the way communication was handled. The app might be fine I don’t know, but the way I was treated left a bad and a very unprofessional impression.
