Needs a major update
I have an Xr and it won’t keep homes I save. When I had my 7plus not one issue, had an upgrade and it’s useless. Gone back to using realtor app and no issues. Sure makes it hard to communicate with my realtor now that it doesn’t work.

Great App! Love the GPS and Solds
This app is so much better than the other ones I was using. The GPS Homespotter feature is one that you will find on no other app and makes the home search process a lot of fun!! All you do is point the phone in any direction and any listing that is within a mile shows up on your screen. Great for when you are in the move. It also shows you recently sold listings so you have an idea of whether a home is priced correctly or not. Highly recommend even is if you are not actively looking to buy!

Easy to use to quickly search homes with your criteria. You are able to save listings and searches, it updates regularly, removing houses that are no longer available.

This is a fun and easy app for house hunting. Great graphics/pics and search function. The HomeSpotter feature is super cool!

Extremely easy to navigate, compare homes and see pictures. Even has sold homes. Better than trulia and zillow combined.
