About

CarPilot is a smart driving dashboard for the time you spend behind the wheel. Mount your iPhone and see speed, heading, smoothness, g-force, altitude, weather and trip data at a glance — every reading laid out to be read in the moment. Gauges over your map (Picture in Picture) Navigating? Tap the Picture in Picture icon and your speed floats in a small window over the map, so you never have to switch apps. On a motorcycle it shows your live lean angle too. The window only appears when you open it, and closes when the trip ends. The numbers that matter, at a glance From the GPS and motion data your device already collects: • Live speed • Heading and bearing • Ride smoothness • G-force • Altitude and climb • Elapsed time • Current weather • GPS status and position Four dashboard layouts suit the moment — an ordinary road, a long trip, a track off the tarmac, or a classic analog cluster — and a quick panel switches layout and colours from the bottom edge. Turn the phone sideways during a trip for a landscape dashboard. Weather that matters on the road Crosswind gusts, a freezing road or a wet surface are said once, when they matter, not read out as a forecast. Share where you are Hand out a temporary link to where you are, so the people waiting know how long you will be. They do not need the app. It shows on the dashboard throughout and expires when the trip ends, or after 12 hours. Every drive is worth a second look When a trip ends, CarPilot turns it into a complete record: • Smoothness score • Route travelled • Distance and time • Average and top speed • Total climb • Peak g-force • How smoothness changed along the way Past trips stay filed with their totals, so you know not just how long you drove, but how it went. Not a navigator — your cockpit CarPilot does not replace your navigation app or your vehicle's own instruments. It turns the scattered GPS, motion and trip data on your phone into something easy to read while you drive, and useful once you have arrived. Safety notice Speed, position, heading, weather, attitude and every other reading CarPilot shows are for reference only, and can be wrong or incomplete. Always defer to road signs, traffic law, your vehicle's own instruments and what you can see, and do not operate your phone while driving.
