CarPlay Widgets: Car Connect

Make every drive feel more personal with Car Connect. Create custom widgets, choose your car’s welcome sound, track your trips, and enjoy your own IPTV playlists while parked. YOUR DASHBOARD, YOUR STYLE Personalize widgets with your favorite photos, clocks, countdowns, custom text and more. Adjust supported colors and layouts, save your designs, and add them to your compatible CarPlay display. A SOUND THAT’S YOURS Browse the sound library, import an audio file or record your own sound. Follow the setup guide to use your selection with a CarPlay connection or disconnection automation in Apple Shortcuts. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR TRIPS Start a trip to view GPS speed, distance and duration. Review saved trip summaries, choose miles or kilometers, and keep your iPhone screen awake during an active trip. YOUR PLAYLISTS, ON A BIGGER SCREEN Add your own M3U or M3U8 IPTV playlist and browse its channels. Play supported streams and use AirPlay video with a compatible display while safely parked. SIMPLE TO MAKE YOUR OWN • Customizable photo, clock, countdown and text widgets • Sound previews, audio imports and voice recording • Guides for CarPlay widgets and Shortcuts sound automations • GPS driving dashboard and trip history • IPTV playlist support and compatible AirPlay video • Light and dark appearance options COMPATIBILITY CarPlay widgets require iOS 26 or later and a compatible vehicle or head unit. Sound automations require setup in Apple Shortcuts. GPS speed and trip statistics are estimates; active trips use location and may continue tracking in the background, which can affect battery life. Video requires a compatible display and supported content. A standard CarPlay connection does not guarantee video playback. Car Connect does not provide TV channels or streaming subscriptions. Only use playlists and content you have permission to access. Configure the app and watch video only while safely parked.
