Пытаются снять деньги

Я не хочу пользоваться этим приложением и не пользовался, а с меня пытаются снимать деньги. И я не знаю как это прекратить. Ежедневно по два раза в сутки приходит смска в доступе к услуге отказано, платеж не прошел. Да ненужна мне эта ваша программа! И не пользовался я ей ни разу!
