Wer programmiert denn so einen Murks

Man kann den Rezensionen hier wirklich glauben. Die App ist eine Vollkatastrophe. Nun hab ich das Bluetoothding abgebaut, damit irgendwie doch noch ein normales Rennen funktioniert,aber leider hat die App die Anlage umprogrammiert, so dass ich nun gar nichts mehr machen kann. Nach einer Runde piept die Anlage 10s, dann geht es erst weiter. Es ist Samstagabend, ich hab ein enttäuschtes Kind neben mir und muss mich nun erstmal wieder in die Reprogrammierung der Anlage einarbeiten.

L’app non é quai mai sincronizzata con l’unità di controllo, piloti ed auto non si possono modificare una volta memorizzati e malgrado si selezioni i piloti e l’auto, in gara, compaiono piloti diversi! Un furto!!!

App zerschießt die Control Unit

Die Kinder wollten die App haben, um damit Rennen aufzeichnen zu können. Also haben wir die App geladen und mit der Bahn verbunden…ein Update der Control Unit wurde verlangt, was wir starteten…das Ergebnis: Das Update brach nach 3% ab und seitdem können wir die Carrera Bahn nicht mehr nutzen! Scheinbar ein bekannter Bug. Laut Internetsuche muss man es immer wieder versuchen, mit mehreren Endgeräten. Bei uns sind jetzt 4 iPhones und 2 iPads abwechselnd im Dauereinsatz, und wir kommen nicht über 4 % des Updates. Die App sagt aber, dass das Update erfolgreich war und wünscht viel Spaß!
Seitens Carrera-Support keine Reaktion! Das ist wirklich mehr als ärgerlich. Wenn nur die Apo nicht funktionieren würde, wäre es ja egal, aber nun kann die ganze Bahn nicht genutzt werden! CARRERA BITTE KÜMMERT EUCH MAL!!!!

This app locked up my control unit will not power up track the first two lights on the unit are flashing back and forth cannot get the power to turn on for the track and the app is not working properly just ruined my control unit is your app going to buy me a new one
