My daughter referred me to the App as she has been following Carrie for a few years online and loves her jewellery.
As my daughter has a 30 birthday she suggested a ring from the website. Unfortunately the ring she liked the size wasn’t available. However she chose another which was equally beautiful.
The problem I had was by signing up to the account you get 10% off first order but it kept saying there was an error with my email or password - but after 3 hours of trying it still wouldn’t accept it so I lost out on my discount.
I hope that this can be revised and my discount sent to me.

Beautiful jewellery
Have been purchasing jewellery from CE now for the past three years after following Bryony Blake. The pieces are so beautiful which make it very hard to scroll past. I have purchased around four rings and necklaces which everybody comments on when I wear them. Love this company so much and would highly recommend if looking for a beautiful piece of jewellery. The celestial and torquoise pieces are my favourite in silver and gold vermeil. That’s why I gave it 5 stars.

Excellent customer service
I had ordered a gift for my daughter for Xmas, only for her to then buy the same item for herself on Black Friday. Despite being out of my return period, I was able to return the item for a gift voucher and then to order an alternative item for her. As it was so close to Xmas I was concerned about timescales, but the customer service in responding promptly to my queries and knowing about my order was very reassuring. It has been quick and easy to make contact and get help and I highly recommend.

Shiny site but missing product details
I love the app except for the fact I have to go back to the main website to find out the exact products details, e.g. the diameter of hoop earrings. Thank goodness I did go to the website to check on a pair I was coveting as the internal diameter is too small for my lobes! Until this important element is corrected and the details are in the app, I’ll stick to the website.

Search is clunky and PayPal didn’t work
If you look at multiple sizes of a product you have to click back through each to get back to the search page.
