Regression break
This app was working fine before but for the last few days
1. It doesn’t work even if the wifi signal is full
2. If it works then only 1 click works and then nothing works keep pressing any key - no response
3. Power consumption was working but now after update nothing works

WiFi always disconnects
Bed experiance with wifi. It always disconnects
Not working properly
The App was used to work properly. One day suddenly became buggy. Not opening app properly also not connecting with the device. Dear developers please find a solution ASAP
KW function removed
I got this AC because of this feature and now the latest app doesn’t have it. Why would you disable a function that the user has paid for?
Works when its in mood
This app works only when its in mood we have to exit it again and again then it comes to work. And also after the latest update they removed the power or wattage check feature which was very useful for me before. Dont know what developers are up to

AC is smart. App isn’t
A renowned brand like Carrier has very poor Software team. First of all, remote control, alexa and app control do not integrate well. If you control app through remote and if you want to control using app, you first have to reset app by pressing power button in app.App feels third class. 4/10 times, ac does not respond to app controls. I have to close and reopen apps multiple times to get things working. A group of college students can build great apps but Carrier not focusing on App fluidity is absurd. I have 3 Carrier AC and one is 10 years old working without any major problem. But carrier seriously have to step up on the software part.

The app forgets the connected device after a few days and takes more than expected time to sync the data.
App stopped working
The app won’t connect to AC. Cannot remove the device from App. Even deleting the app and data from phone and reinstalling won’t fix because the devise is already registered in their server and linked to the phone number. Pathetic App and a Pain in the ***
Please improve app
You guys need to improve this application, it’s just terrible.
Worst App
The connectivity is not stable and stopped working suddenly, now I can’t reconnect, configure a new device and remove an existing
It randomly stopped working.
The app has a lot of issues. One fine day it just stopped connecting to the server and now I can’t configure the AC or do anything else.
