Nunca a tempo
Uso a linha 25E e 774 a 3 meses, horrível, por exemplo: diz no app 1 minuto pra chegar o carro, fica 20/30 minutos mostrando “1 minuto” terrível, essa linha sempre atrasada.
Um desastre
Como cidadão acho que tenho o dever de alertar. Não funciona. E é só chatices. A minha recomendação é Não usem, não usem, não usem para comprar passe! Muito muito muito mau

Doesn’t work
If you’re going to build an app that’s dependent on scanning the card, at least make sure that the scanning feature works…

Transport app unworthy of a European capital
Even in 2010 the app felt outdated. It’s impossible to change the language, buy a ticket an the pass or access to the website. Useless app

Es wäre eigentlich kein Riesenaufwand, eine App zu übersetzen in die wichtigsten Fremdsprachen. Dies fehlt hier leider gänzlich.

The app is completely unusable in it's current form.
The app immediately shows “Mapa indisponível de momento” when opened.
Trying to access “Rotas & Carreiras” results in “Erro ao sincronizar os dados”.
This means the app cannot perform its most basic function: show routes, stops, or real-time buses. There is no offline data, no cached information, and no degraded mode. One backend failure blocks the entire app.
So if you want the app for the routes and live tracking, there's no point on installing it as it is now.

Não funciona o carregamento do navegante
O carregamento não funciona. A app lê o navegante mas depois não o salva, e a casa inicializacao da app é necessário repetir a operação

The app read my card I have done the paiment , and my card never get recharged so now I can’t take any transportation in Lisboa woth a card that’s I have paid a subscription
Missed opportunity
Very buggy. Often the stops don’t show any buses. The live buses moving around are not particularly informative and make the interface too busy. Just make a reliable API that allows Google Maps and other external apps to make this work.

Eine Möglichkeit zum umstellen der Sprache in Englisch fehlt, was soll man so als Tourist mit dieser App anfangen…

Aplicação péssima , foi descontado da minha conta €80 a mais , além do carregamento . Não aconselho a ninguém fazer uso dessa aplicação.

Exatamente como esperado. Simplesmente não funciona desde o início. Em vez de estar de greve cada outra semana, cumpre pelo menos uma tarefa.
No longer able to read the card
This app used to work and card reading was always a little finicky. Now it doesn’t work at all anymore. There is no way to top up or buy the monthly pass without being able to read the card.
