Mortgage payments
This app is absolutely useless. I am unable to make my mortgage payments online. The app states the feature is down every time I’ve attempted every month. Instead I have to take a check to the branch which doesn’t have a drive-through. I then have to get my two infants out to go inside. Absolutely ridiculous it’s 2022.

Carrollton Bank’s mobile banking app is simple and easy to navigate- just how a mobile banking app should be!
App doesn’t work
When I click on the app all it does is give me a blank screen then after about a minute it takes me back to Home Screen. Would love for this to be fixed so I can keep track of my account.

This app is garbage
This app is completely useless when traveling outside of the US. Update it so that the app can be accessible when using networks outside of the US. Thanks
Keyboard issues
I cannot deposit checks or transfer money that’s not whole numbers as my phone is not American and the app doesn’t recognize a comma for a US decimal point. So I have to physically drive to the bank to deposit a check or get on a computer to transfer money or pay bills. IMO, the app is pretty pointless unless I’m just trying to check my balance on the go.

Touch ID
So tired of having to uninstall and reinstall the app for the Touch ID to work. Otherwise a great app!
Touch ID needs upgrade
Overall works great! Touch ID needs updating. Every few times that I use Touch ID it stops working and I end up uninstalling and reinstalling to make it work again. Even entering in the password several times and unenabling then reenabling it doesn’t work.

Two weeks I could use this app to deposit checks. Now in this newer version this functionality was taken away. Poor choice of which features to delete. That was the only real functionality that made this app better than an internet browser.
