Order is never correct the workers here in Boca do whatever they like don’t follow instructions and lack accountability and management. THIS IS BEYOND SAD SERVICE AND ILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE!
Bad user experience
Why not use Toast app? You already have it in store kiosks and it’s great! But your own app is glitchy, can’t redeem promos most of the time and the overall design and user experience is bad. And you keep pushing users to use your app.

Had to wait 15 minutes past the original wait time. Sweet potato fries were cold
No way to cancel or change order
I accidentally let the app defiantly to pick up but I wanted delivery. When I called they said cancel in the app. But the app won’t let you cancel or change an order. Terrible customer service. Never using them again.

Order status update does not work
Lacks flexibility in the ordering process
Overall, the app is easy to use, but Prior to the last update, app use case would allow adding extra protein to orders like salads. That option is not no longer possible in the current version of the app. It can be done in store, but not in the app. App should be updated to allow everything that can be done in store.

I love the quality of food and menu at Carrot Express plus decent service when ordering inside the restaurant. However, this app is trash! It’s constantly glitching, or there’s an issue when trying to apply a promo code/ rewards. There are always “updates” to the app, yet not all issues get resolved. Save yourself the hassle and just order inside the business!

Navigating is annoying, colors and buttons are confusing. Doesn’t always click through the page. Also includes a tip automatically for order pickup.
