hello i have downloaded the app and tried to signup , i entered all the details and then the app returned a fallback error msg saying that the phone number is already in use, i would like to know how did the app identify my mobile number while i have not entered it anywhere
Exactly what I needed
I used CarryOn to send a small package with a traveler, and it was delivered safely and on time. The app felt secure and super easy to use. Definitely my go-to from now on!

The idea of the app it’s great but you will face a problem in registration
Doesnt work
I’m not able to register nor sign in , it says this email is taken and ive never used this app in my life.
Needs plenty of work
Delay in typing, and when I finally got the city in and the date, it gave me an error that trip could not be set up. Uninstalled.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry for the trouble 🙏. This issue was caused by a bug in earlier versions of the app, but it has been fixed in the latest update ✅. Please update to the newest version and try again.
