Mixed experience
The all design of this apps is good comparing all other existing Courier merchant app. But the complicated thing is the Payment, Outstanding payment, collected payment, payment received, pending payments etc all of this Make complications. Try to make it clean and easy like the Pioneer steadfast. The recent on demand Payment service is great but not yet mature. It is not yet showing the available payment which can I receive. The UX researchers and the designers of this apps should work parallel with the merchants to Make it a great app.
