Very Cool Onboarding and App Features
The cute version of the app is very user friendly interface. Lots of changes have been made. Most of the vehicle information is included in the report unlike Spinny app. Most importantly the partner onboarding process went very smoothly with very good support from the onboarding team. Keep it up.

They steal your hard earn money by making you believe on there fake auctions, please don’t get into there trap. Don’t believe on them, they trap you and sell bad cars always to dealers and good one kept for there direct sale. They don’t even bother for dealers because they have the win-win situation. Always loss for dealer. They hold your hard earn money and play with you. Please be care-full with these people.

Worst Dealer app fraud
They don’t only cheat customers, but they also cheat dealers. They deal in accidental cars as well as their team is extremely bad. Their kam manipulates and they charge unnecessarily as well as intentionally. They try to find a lot of charges without any sense. I am also Dealer at Spinny Partners. and trust me guys a lot a lot hundred times better (Spinny) is from them and they are proper fraud. Do not ever open and your account here you will find the reason why I am telling you if you did, thanks.

But still need to improve the inspection report of the cars, and cars24 should reduce the profit margin to provide more and fast deals to the dealers.

Inspection reports are not genuine.
The cars which is odometer tampered they do not provide any proofs even do not provide a support for dealers to pay the money and download the report.
For an instance, if the car is driven every year for every year 10,000 km and after 3 years it’s driven for 10,100 kms, to them it’s still odometer is not tampered. This system clearly says they are not professional enough in inspecting any cars.
If dealers want to know the car meter is tampered then they have to do GFD, after which they will come to know the car number, by this time it’s too late because you have to pay forfeit amount to back-out the car which is not small amount.
Apple stone should investigate more about their process and then allow to host their application.

Registered as a bidder for 8 months they still haven't got me a single car deal done for me. Full time scammer company. No higher authority will call to connect to you even after reporting multiple unethical activities been conducted in the company. On 8th jan Recieved a call from there company he ask me to transfer the amount in my cars 24 dta account that they will provide me separate leads of direct customer cars for which they will charge 1500 per lead and after i transfer the amount the employee of there company switched off his phone and comapny has no answer when ever i call them through help and support no. They tell they have no clue what i am talking about and the amount they have do not want return and hang up the phone . The most fraud company i have ever seen please dont deal with such comapny

The reports was ok about the car and i really expected to buy the car and make some money
It was from delhi and I bought this to mysore karnataka
But when it came my hand it was the worst condition car
They didn't showed that engine is repaired but it was
Leave about engine and outlook
The worst thing was even Interior was like a scrap car
Everything was broken..
And at last instead of earning from it
I paid much to repair everything and soon sold for lose

Transparency in policy ,also offer financing at nominal rates ,all type of cars available in single platform which mostly even not available in open market easily,we can also purchase cars from other state which is only possible with this platform

App works perfectly. I am satisfied with the system. But there is some bugs in App. Sometimes it got stuck while bidding at the last moment. Also one time it was showing that I bid for a car but i didn’t and when time got over, i won the auction. But it was just a bug, and bid got cancelled automatically. It was a minor malfunction, I had faced once.
But overall App works awesomely. It is so user friendly even a kid can run it without making a mistake.

I started buying from Cars24 few months ago and since I didn’t have knowledge to upload dealer inventory they forfeited my hard earned money Rs2500/- for 5 cars and when I requested them to return it they always give the standard reply of its centralised or computerised as though robots are part of it and humans hence I request everyone to be very careful when investing your hard earned money

Hopless service when requested account closure
Its been over 8weeks i have been calling various staff to close my account and refund my deposit.
No satisfactory effort or reply is given to me yet.
Seems as a racket to not pay back the refundable security deposit.
All customer care executive tell will happen in 2 to 3 days then no one will call back untill you call them back only to be reassured that another 2 to 3 days the work will be done

Pathetic service and worst price..
The branch on the Sion-Trombay road is pathetic..the senior sales expert doesnt let you speak and gets very defensive and tries to give excuses and silly arguments for everything..Also Cars24 web quote is very misleading..for alto k 10 they provided a quote of 1.76 to 2.2 and in their branch they were no where in the range..they quoted 1.69 ?!!? Very wierd..they just want to get people in their center and waste time..stop this business..get better algorithms on your website and sensible people at your center..
