Carsales is a good safe platform for buyers and sellers. The messaging inbox is bit clunky, slow.
The AI search is a waste… tried it and found dumb.
Great reachability to buyers. Even after multiple interactions with buyer on chat, there was no means for me to know buyer did not have license.

Revert back to the old way to search cars. This AI stuff is annoying. The old way just simply worked, why change it?

I received scammers, tyre kickers and a lot of car brokers/dealers constantly working me down to trade in prices which wasn’t the reason for me selling on car sales if I wanted that I would have just traded it in at a car dealer and saved myself the listing price of this. Worst experience ever. Very disappointed.
