We're really sorry — that's not the experience you should have after paying for a full year. A few things to check: does your car actually support CarPlay, and is your phone connected via CarPlay when you open the app? If everything looks right and it's still not working, please email us at service@mortosbaa.com so we can troubleshoot directly. For a refund, Apple handles all App Store transactions — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
