التطبيق لم يُحدث من سنتين واصبح استخدامه صعب وبطيء، كذلك لا يوجد الا مزود خدمة واحد بعكس السنوات السابقة عندما كان عدد المزودين اكثر من ٤ والاسعار كانت في تنافس

Whats wrong with the app. Doesn't show any services in the area no matter what area i select. Icons have disappeared. And the app keeps crashing.

Worst application and worst car wash service
Worst application, not user friendly.
And I tried at least 2 separate car wash companies, very awful cleaning and lousy workforce.
No one gives a damn, not the labor or their foreign management.

Appointment’s confirmation messages can’t received if you have Zain number in Saudi Arabia
Not recommended
It is only to connect you with car clean companies , after they collected their payment they don’t care to solve the issues and they will redirect you to others to solve your problem!
Poor customer service and organizational skills
I’ve been using this app for steam washes for over 2 years. Service was so-so at first but convenient. Smudged windows and sickly sweet perfume.
Lately it’s been horrible service. The workers always show up hours early, when I’m at work with the car and then act as if it’s my fault they can’t keep an appointment.
Sometimes they just don’t show up at all. Other times they arrive a week later saying I have an appointment, which I do not.
Or they message me that they don’t operate in Aramco. I’m not in Aramco. My location is abundantly clear and far away from that compound. This has happened 3 times now. When they finally understand this they say that they’re not working at that time. Just lies to skip their work it seems.
Perhaps in the future I’ll try them again but for now I need more reliability and consistency.

App not working
If you want to have an app, please make sure everything is working properly! I was in the last step on signing up and it didn't let me put my DOB so I couldn't continue the process and deleted the app. You just lost a customer.

Very BAD service!!!
This app is terrible and has a VERY BAD customer service!!! I have ordered a service at 7pm and it was confirmed by the app. The provider started calling me at 5:30pm when I was busy. I called back at 7pm asking him why he didn’t show up he told me we are busy and you didn’t answer at 5:30pm when we were free!
