Wouldn't recommend it, they lie about whether they'd list your car or not then if it doesnt get approved you'd never know unless you call them, was never told the risks of the car not being listed prior to paying, 125 riyal gone to waste

CarSwitch made my car very efficient, with the support a very friendly and knowledgeable staff, was able to assess, post and sell the vehicle a lot faster and at better price than I anticipated. It was a good experience overall, and would totally recommend.

Too many mistakes
Unfortunately, when contacted they did not turn up for the first inspection, undertaking the inspection on the following day where an incorrect odometer reading was entered in the listing, which took far too long to get online. Unfortunately, although my experience may be unusual for the service, I cannot recommend the company on the basis of my experience

Great experience with a few glitches
I sold my car on Car Switch within a week. Amazing experience, Car Switch takes care of everything. No hassles, no unwanted queries, very intuitive app.
The thing to be careful of - don’t do the transaction at night. Unless you have a Riyad Bank account. Car Switch will do the transfer of the car to their name and simultaneously transfer the cash to your account. However after business hours the cash will not be credited immediately. So you will be left with a situation where the car has been transferred and you still haven’t got the cash.
Car Switch doesn’t hand over the car to the seller but they take possession of the car. For me, I didn’t give the second key to them overnight. And they were professional enough - the supervisor called me and apologized.
The app is amazing, they take care of everything. Human interactions and lack of banking knowledge caused a small glitch. Hence 4 stars.
But will I go to them when I need to sell my car again the future? Absolutely.

You can’t test drive more than 2 times
I installed this app to purchase a car, but my experience has been disappointing. I checked two cars, both of which had significant issues that were not mentioned in the app’s report. The first car had major electronic problems—I only discovered this when I booked a test drive, as the car wouldn’t even start. The second car had a replaced windshield and had been in a severe accident, which was obvious from the body damage, yet the app only listed it as a "minor accident."
Additionally, I attempted to test drive another car, but the owner backed out at the last minute despite agreeing to my offer. To make matters worse, the representative from CarSwitch who assisted during the process barely spoke English and seemed more like a seller’s agent than a neutral mediator, pressuring buyers rather than facilitating a fair deal.
Now, when I wanted to test drive another car, CarSwitch informed me that I could no longer do so for free—I would have to pay upfront, possibly as a booking fee. This contradicts their claim of offering free test drives, making the entire process misleading.
