Fast and knowledgeable

As a seller, the Car Switch app is as slick as their service. The step by step process to sell or buy is very user friendly.
The inspection, test drive, photos and detailed description all uploaded as a new featured ad on the app within hours of my initial contact.
I’ve already seen the car that I want to buy on the app too, so hopefully they’ll sell mine quickly.

Frustrating Update – A Step Backward

The latest update has significantly worsened the user experience. In previous versions, recent searches were easily accessible with just one tap — complete with all the filters we had set. Now, that convenient feature is gone. Each time we search, we have to manually reapply all the filters, which is time-consuming and frustrating. Instead of improving usability, this update has made things unnecessarily complicated. Hoping the developers bring back the previous functionality in future updates.

Designed to rip the seller in all ways

Apart from the ridiculous commission they take off a seller as well as some money from the buyer, their price predicting AI values the vehicle at the lowest possible. The beta version of “expert opinion on market value” does not consider features of the car in comparison to others of the same model. Instead it quotes how good or bad the seller’s price is based on the number of scratches and accidents (irrespective of minor or major) and gives the price. Carswitch somehow tries to make the sale on the cost of the seller and shamelessly takes a commission as well using the desperation of some sellers. If u’re looking to buy or sell a vehicle I’d recommend facebook marketplace instead!

I’ve had this app for a couple of weeks. I’ve put out dozens of requests for test drives. One ‘seller’ has followed through to arrange. Are any of these cars real and actually available?

Top quality broker for sale and purchase

I sold my car through car switch it was fast and got good value for car minimum 10 more than any other dealer. Very professional and well trained highly recommended

The inspection results is great

I don't know how accurate the inspection result it. But I trust them and I hope they are providing real data. This is the best feature of the app that makes it stand out better than other app. Thanks.

Much better app

Unlike other fancy looking application, this one offers a much better information. From a personal experience, I put my Prado for sale with a certain DBZ team, and discovered that the guy who inspected my car use to do food delivery and knew nothing about cars. It was sad. I immediately lost confidence in them and decided to sell my car on my own

Horrible service

A waste of time. Many different people speak to you to coordinate with the seller and they don’t give you options. They just say come and so and so time and expect you to be there. Takes ages to coordinate.
