Fast and knowledgeable

As a seller, the Car Switch app is as slick as their service. The step by step process to sell or buy is very user friendly.
The inspection, test drive, photos and detailed description all uploaded as a new featured ad on the app within hours of my initial contact.
I’ve already seen the car that I want to buy on the app too, so hopefully they’ll sell mine quickly.

Are any of these cars real?

I’ve had this app for a couple of weeks. I’ve put out dozens of requests for test drives. One ‘seller’ has followed through to arrange. Are any of these cars real and actually available?

The inspection results is great

I don't know how accurate the inspection result it. But I trust them and I hope they are providing real data. This is the best feature of the app that makes it stand out better than other app. Thanks.

Much better app

Unlike other fancy looking application, this one offers a much better information. From a personal experience, I put my Prado for sale with a certain DBZ team, and discovered that the guy who inspected my car use to do food delivery and knew nothing about cars. It was sad. I immediately lost confidence in them and decided to sell my car on my own

Horrible service

A waste of time. Many different people speak to you to coordinate with the seller and they don’t give you options. They just say come and so and so time and expect you to be there. Takes ages to coordinate.

Fantastic service by Rohit

Rohit was assigned by Carswitch to inspect my SLK200 and advertise for sell. Rohit was very professional and helpful. He took special interest in checking the car and taking pictures. Every step he took he explained me. For example checking paint and other things. I found Rohit very motivated and honest and well trained person. Carswitch is very lukky to have Rohit type of staff with them. I hope Carswitch will be best car selling and buying companies because they have great people like Rohit with them. I hope I will be able to sell my car quickly with the help of Rohit and Carswitch. 5 stars rating from me for Rohit and Carswitch. Thanks. Khusro Niazi.

Fantastic Service

Buying a secondhand car in Riyadh is not the best experience until I used car switch - found the car we wanted - Abdullah arranged the viewing within a couple of hours - He made the process of buying so easy and 24 hours later we have our new car - thanks for your help Abdulla

App installation issue

The app on IOS setup from installation freezes at the "Allow Smart Personalisation" notification and "show prompt" selection.
Cannot get any further to use the app.

Advice

It’s better to add Frame number on vehicles details for buyer because of calculating clearing cost in destination country
