Complaint Against Cartcoo for Unfulfilled APP Registration Promotion

I saw a promotional message from Cartcoo stating that “by downloading and registering their APP, customers would receive benefits/gifts.”
Following this promotion, I completed the download and registration as required and went to the designated location to claim the offer. However, upon arrival, the business refused to honor the promise, provided no benefits, and gave no reasonable explanation.

This behavior constitutes false advertising and misleading customer acquisition, which seriously infringes upon consumer rights.
