Cartha Hub

Cartha Hub is the organization response desk behind Cartha Recovery. It helps authorized recovery-program staff receive information that a member intentionally sent, assign a named owner and fallback, acknowledge the request, and record what changed when the request was handled. CORE WORKFLOW - Receive member-approved help requests immediately - See exactly what was sent and what remains private - Assign a named responder and honest response window - Escalate once to a fallback when a promise passes unacknowledged - Acknowledge and mark requests handled - Record “what changed because of this request?” - Prepare separate, revocable alumni support before discharge - Keep current members and consenting alumni clearly separated PRIVACY BY DESIGN Cartha Hub does not give organizations access to private Cartha AI Wellness conversations or private Cartha Recovery reflections. It does not display AI-derived risk flags, transcript summaries, sentiment, scores, diagnoses, or private AI usage. Every Hub item is tied to a member-approved request or a separately disclosed check-in rule. Alumni access requires a separate consent choice and can expire or be revoked. Cartha Hub is software for support coordination. It is not therapy, diagnosis, clinical monitoring, crisis response, or an emergency service. An account with a participating organization is required.
