Loved It!
I work in a school system as an occupational therapist. My students love this app plus it gives me prescious pictures of them to keep as well. I am using it for converting other pictures as well to use on a website. Really cool app!
Read this for instruction
For those having issues hit the "create" button and also try tooning the image multiple times. You will get a great cartoon effect.

I wished I would have read reviews. This app only changes color contrast. Not what I was expecting. I feel scammed.
Beware
Only changes color contrast and focus does not cartoon pictures like the cat.
