Accidentally purchase the app because the home button didn’t register that I was trying to close the App Store instead of authorize a purchase then figured may as well try it since I’m out the money now. And after a dozen different photos, every one says “oops, try again”. I want a refund

I recently used an app that promised to process a refund, but unfortunately it did not work. The app was difficult to use and the customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend this app to anyone. The refund process was a complete waste of time and money.
