Worse customer service ever
To start off. The representative that takes your call after pretending searching in their system. Gives you jst the notice of not able to assist and hangs up. It’s been since 11/14 I been trying to get my money back and all they excuse is can’t find you in our system call back in an hour. Same script for all reps I talked to. And hang up. I have sent emails costally before the policy they have of 7 days and I don’t get a response back not a follow up. This scam well done. Do not miss my next review. I’m planning to make this public to get them back. They for sure can take your money but they can’t help you find it.
