Bad service
I just got my tracker installed today. I was told before I signed up that the app could be installed on 2 phones. Then at installation I was told it could only be installed on 1 phone. - Then on my own I figured out that with downloading the app and using the password it could be used on 2 phones; however, the car location only showed on 1 phone. - I called in and was told that sometimes if you use it on 1 phone it knocks it off the other phone. - This is rubbish!

App crashes and doesn’t work for days
Been unable to open or use my app now for over a week and the customer care service keeps making me run around in circles, can’t even track my fleet can’t do nothing, it’s just a mess and they not even bothering to fix it

This company has zero customer service. Completely unreliable, didn’t show up on 3 appointments, never answer calls or respond to tickets raised.

I’ve had this for over a year they keep sending new Gps out but none work the have shut my truck down and when I said I am sending them back they do no good they tell me that I need to pay out my contract even though I have emailed and left voice messages from the start I told him everything is documented but they told me that your credit on the line so this company is a scam I do not recommend it to anybody do not use this company buyer beware I promise it is a joke The 30 day rule does not apply with them they drag you are until the 30 days is up

Need an update since iOS 12 rolled out no more info sign on vehicles on map or list. Causing delays to track.
Latest Version Crashing
The new functionality CarWatch causes the app to crash. This occurs when the function is selected.
