I’m out of town and cannot get to the bank so I must use online banking. Just wished I could transfer the entire amount instead of having to make a limited amount transaction each day!
Cannot update app because I don’t have iOS 17 or later
I cannot access my account via the app because the app requires requires iOS 17 or later to use the app. This is an inconvenience.

Trouble getting through on the phone
I left the country for a few weeks, did a transaction using a ATM and things were fine.
A couple of days later I received a text asking me to verify the transaction and I did say it was me. After that I couldn’t make anymore transactions.
I tried calling to reactivate my card but was on the phone for over 20 minutes and decided to try another time.

Very easy to use once you get the arrows correctly I use this app often and finally got the hang of this

It’s takes too long for a check to clear in your account
Transfers and Mobile Direct Deposit
Everything takes so long to process/pens. Transfer from one account to another. Getting approved to make mobile direct deposits. Mobile deposits being rejected and having to retake front and back of the check again to wait for it to take forever to pend again. Love that it is a Black owned bank! Love that my information & finances feel secure. I just do not like that it takes hours, almost a day to process and pend transfers or deposits. Software/app needs an upgrade

The bank didn’t set me up for e statements. And is charging for mail and there is no where on this app to switch to e statements

Secure and fast
I really like how 2FA (two-factor authentication) is on by default and the app scaled beautifully for the iPad. All transactions can be done from this app!
App needs to be more robust
The app is poorly designed. Ease of use is minimal. Not thoughtfully engineered. Limited functionality. Part of the issues may be bank related, as most of the features offered have to be bank approved before you have access.
