The accessibility and functionality of the app
This app is terribly designed, from the ai making absurd builds to not being able to search and select your car and make changes to it. The app requires you to pay for everything in it, though the have a free trial, it still asks you to pay for the features plus they is no area in the app for you to cancel subscription so if you’re not tech savvy you may be stuck with payments. The app is also not functional, giving just a limited amount of items you can choose from and when you do choose the ai makes it look completely different.
