App doesn’t work
No internet connection message anytime I try to open the app. For weeks now!

The app doesn’t even work anymore, says no internet connection anytime you open the app, also just a very poorly designed app but that’s not surprising considering the issues with dealing with this company in any issue
Clunky and Unreliable
So many issues with this app; micro size of card when viewing on the app, slow loading of screens and just general unreliable. The fact that the app has so much room for improvement but hasn't seen an update in 4 years is just further evidence of how low customer service is for this company.
Slow
Extremely slow to load claim info and often crashes.
Terrible for finding a care provider
The search function for in network providers is horrible.
Great app!
Easy to use. I can get all the information I need in this app.
