Downloading latest version

I have CASA alerts on both my iPhone and iPad. The latest version of the apple app for CASA will not download and install on either device. The circle showing and waiting for the download keeps spinning and spinning, and has for 5 days. The bug fixed version needs a bug fix.

This app started off working great. But today, it’s a bright sunny day not a cloud in the sky and in the last 10 minutes I’ve received 3 flash flood warnings for my area. Needs all the bugs fixed.

Bug

In iOS 11.1 beta 2 location services stays turn off even after set to always. I’m using iPad Pro 9.7

North Texas has CASA Radar yet can not access with app?

No sense downloading yet another alerts app. If it had access to the CASA Radar then maybe.
