Great service, easy app to use, delicious food
No option to contact
We were overcharged for an order, and there is no way to contact anybody via the store or the App. If everything is perfect then there is no need. If anything is not correct then the lack of any front facing communication method is an issue.
Is the order ready?
Watched on the app waiting for the order to change from cooking to ready. (It was frustrating). The timer counted down the 15mins it said it would take and then after another 15mins my husband went to the store. It was ready in store but the application didn’t change.
