Wanted to love
I really wanted to love this service, but overall feel like it’s created more work for me than it would have been to just handle everything myself with a trusted handyman. Lots of last minute rescheduling, poor recommendations, and delayed communications.

The monthly fee is worth it for the peace of mind knowing that AI is helping track what needs maintenance. It has completely cleared my to-do list!

Casa is amazing - so easy to join and set up. I love having a personal assistant to help me manage my home and all the tasks I don’t have time for.

Solid app
I’ve been using Casa for a few weeks now and it actually makes owning a home way less stressful. Booking a handyman is simple, they show up on time, and I get monthly hours included. The home inventory with the 3D scan and warranty tracking has already saved me headaches twice. I love that they recommend real local pros without any shady kickbacks. Package pickup, maintenance reminders, and the concierge stuff all work great. If you hate juggling home tasks like I do, download this. Glad to have the app now.
