Completely useless AI renditions that weren’t even close to being realistic suggestions. Then I cancelled, received confirmation that I’d cancelled during the free trial … then they still charged me anyway about two weeks later! Stay away from these crooks.

I signed up for the free trial & then cancelled the subscription immediately. Then this app charged my card THREE times and my bank let me know that this was a FRAUD TRANSACTION. STAY AWAY, THEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY!
BEWARE! Predatory & Misleading Bilking
On May 5, 2026 I emailed CasaVista Support request requesting cancellation of my subscription. It subsequently received an email confirming receipt of my request. Without realizing my subscription was really only suspended and then I was subsequently charged a renewal fee along with additional subscription charges.
I contacted customer service again and they acknowledged my second cancellation, but said they will not reverse my charges. This is unbelievable and no one should download and subscribe to this app even for a free trial.

This is a fraudulent app
Horrible
This app did not do what it showed that it does. There’s no way to cancel. It just keeps looping me back to the screen and they are not responding to my emails and double charged me.

Não existe opção de cancelamento de assinatura, um ciclo sem volta. Dizem para acessar o Site porém não existe a opção, escreve e-mails para suporte, te enviam mesmo ciclo que não funciona. Não comprem estou tendo muito trabalho com isso e pagando sem usar
There is no option to cancel the subscription; it's a one-way street. They tell you to access the website, but the option isn't there. You write emails to support, they send you the same non-functional emails. Don't buy it; I'm having a lot of trouble with this and paying without using it.

Very slow, complicated to unsubscribe, and even if you cancel the subscription they would still charge you

I applied for the 7 days free trial, i was charged instead of giving it for free. I sent an email asking for cancelarion because I couldn’t use the app and they keep charging fees.

Similar to everyone else, this app is a scam. It charged me immediately after I signed up for a free trial. Ugh! Please refund me.

I tried the free trial, it signed me up for an additional subscription I didn’t ask for. Cancelled it immediately (super difficult to cancel) and still got charged 3 times!! The app isn’t even good. Do not download.
