Originally, I paid for the app, and during a photoshoot, it locked me out and asked me to pay again, ruining the flow of the session. The team found out I was the only person that had this problem, and still created a special patch fixing this problem just for me. If that isn’t going above and beyond for your customers, I don’t know what is. Thank you Cascable team, you’re the best.

Save Your Money Doesn’t Work
Purchased a one year subscription to tether my Canon R5 to my iPad via USB cable. App will not detect my camera. Tried using the WiFi connection method…..same thing…..can’t detect my camera. Sent their customer service a help request through the app. No response for ten days. Finally get a an email that simply mimics all the suggestions they list in the app when you have trouble (as if I hadn’t tried all those already). Can’t get anyone to call me or live chat to debug the issue. Would recommend you save your money and invest in Capture One for iPad which has wired tethering. Very disappointed in product and customer service.

We have a lot of free features, but in order to continue development we do have to charge for some - otherwise the app wouldn’t exist at all!
Used the app for years
It’s always been a bit of a love/hate relationship, but in the end what it has offered has always been 5 stars. Got a new camera recently and it refuses to connect to the LUMIX S5II. I looked on the compatibility page and it doesn’t even mention the S5. Y’all should just drop the Panasonic logo altogether if you’re not going to support modern cameras.
